Сеть “Фор Сизонс” конечно крутая, но уважаемые - обратите внимание на свой персонал. Мы отдыхали в “Фор Сизонс Резорт Дубаи Джумейра Бич” почти две недели и за это время насмотрелись разного 🙄 Лично мне не сильно понравился менеджер, который нас обслуживал: невнимательный, нажал не тот этаж сначала, не туда нас привел. Разве это сервис? Честные отзывы и мнение клиентов никто не отменял! ☝️ Я заметила все! Даже оправдание о том, что он стажер для Фор Сизонс не работает, извините. В общем, в самом начале мнение про отель было испорчено. Приезжаешь в такую сеть, ожидаешь, что тут будет королевский прием, а тебе дают менеджера неопытного. 😳 Конечно, во всем другом Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach нас порадовал. Несмотря на эти нюансы с персоналом, марку отель держит. Обслуживание же мне опять - не понравилось. Но еда и клининг - на уровне. Пляж хороший, чистый. Номера внутри как с иголочки. Уровень Фор Сизонс в Дубае как и везде. Но на персонал свой обратите внимание, пожалуйста.

Поехали с семьей в буку на лыжах покататься. По отзывам на разных сайтах выбрали отель Marion Spa, все в основном хвалили его. Но для нас как для лыжников это был целый квест🙄. Во первых к подъемникам добираться очень долго и мучительно, по неудобной лестнице минут 20. Если вы планируете отдых чисто на покатушки, то лучше выбрать отель поближе. Персонал в отеле вроде отзывчивый, но когда у нас в номере начал протекать душ - я сразу сообщил об этом на ресепшн, сказали что в течение часа отправят к нам мастера. Было бы идеально как раз пока мы катались, чтобы нам починили его. Когда вечером вернулись в отель - обнаружили что душ все так же течет и никто ничего не чинил. Я позвонил на ресепшн спросить, сказали что мастер уже уехал и будет только завтра👍Но на следующий день нам все таки его сделали. Просто странно что нам это не сообщили сразу, а только после того как я сам спросил. В остальном - вроде никаких казусов не было. Отель Марион Спа в целом хороший, новый ремонт и все свежее. Классно, что в ванной есть шампунь, гель для душа, мыло и все остальное. Можно не тащить это все добро с собой - особенно когда добираешься поездом и не хочеться брать с собой много вещей. Завтраки хорошие, много овощей и выбор не маленький. Что главное - много мяса💪. В спа тоже успели сходить, оно хоть и небольшое но есть все что нужно - бассейн и сауна. Нам с женой понравилось. Вид из номера у нас был на горы и это прекрасно. В целом хороший отель и аккуратный. Эмоций больше положительных, чем плохих.

Just be prepared that this can happen to you too 😔 We had a luxurious room booked in the Royal Central Hotel The Palm for four days, which was overlooking the sea - everything we wanted. When we arrived, it turned out that we had made a mistake in booking and instead of our room they gave us a completely different one 😭 Unfortunately, he no longer had a sea view. It's beautiful all the same, yes, but we wanted the sea and it was super important for me! And everyone else was busy and it was very upsetting. This is probably why I cannot leave good reviews about the Royal Central Hotel The Palm. The hotel is, of course, good-looking. The breakfasts were delicious, very decent orange juice (not a bastard) and the rooms are well appointed too. Conveniently, the hotel has a closed private beach, which suspicious people do not want and do not sell anything to you. Sun loungers, umbrellas, towels - all this is here 👌 But this detail with the reservation at the Royal Central Hotel The Palm spoiled all the opinion about him. Alas!

Не люблю я вот такие отели за одну единственную вещь. Вы никогда не поймете - это либо старье, либо винтаж 😄 Если честно, то каждый день, когда мы отдыхали в отеле “Метрополь” - мне казалось, что мы с каком-то старом доме живем, который вот-вот рухнет)) Нет, понятно, что “Метрополь” - это для многих отель-икона. Все пишут про него пипец какие отзывы и тут чрезвычайно завышенное мнение клиентов о сервисе. Но камон - я слышал телевизор своих соседей через стенку 😉 Так что для отеля с 5+ звездами это сильно перебор. Может быть, стоило бы уже тут что-то поменять в планировке, не знаю)) Из плюсов - у нас был вид во двор, где была просто идеальная тишина, а еще мне понравились завтраки. Пару раз с девушкой мы завтракали на террасе в Hotel Metropole Venezia и это было очень романтчино 😊 В целом, нам все понравилось тут, так что думаю, на следующую годовщину тоже подарю ей сюда билеты. Она сразу высоко оценила такой винтажный стиль, но мне кажется, что это скорее выглядит просто как старье) Дело вкуса, конечно же) Спорить я не стал!)
