Приїхали в premium spa club з сімʼєю і через 10 хвилин поїхали шукати інший готель ! Забронювали люкс покращений плюс на сімʼю 2є дорослих і 2оє дітей ,передоплату взяли за добу ,на вайбер нам надіслали відео і фото які не відповідали реальності Нам надали по факту інший номер,маленький,темний,з неприємним запахом,і це був люкс покращений плюс за 12.000 за 1 добу Підйом не облаштований,готель досить високо і на авто важко піднятись по плитам,а пішки то взагалі …. Сам готель давно потребує ремонту і ребрейдингу,дитяча кімната знаходиться в зоні спа,а ресторан в іншому корпусі,залишити дитину ніяк,няні нема,лише на вихідних ,лобі :2столика і 2 крісла,десь в кутку спав бармен,покриття на басейні старе,весь готель воняє,все виглядає зашарпаним і брудним !!! Ідучи до них за годину ми телефонували,але слухавку ніхто не брав,був якраз обід і ми змушені були годувати дітей в іншому ресторані,бо невідомо було встигаємо ми на обід чи ні,а слухавку не брали ,пояснивши це технічними проблемами .І слава Богу шо ми там не їли !!!! Навколо скрізь іде активна забудова,вид з ресторану,з балкону,який маленький що ніде розвернутись -з басейну -скрізь з усих сторін ви побачите будівництво,і почуєте його теж )))балкони ржавіють і це видно!ніхто навіть не намагався покращити наше враження про готель,адміністрації все одно сподобається вам чи ні)!передопату звісно ніхто не повернув,навіть половини ,сказали звʼяжуться з керівництвом,але вже 4ий день і ніхто нічого!) Басейни старі,спа малесеньке,спортзал 2на 2 В цьому готелі з преміум лише назва !!!! Ми навіть за 12.000 не лишились там ночувати -настільки жахлива картинка була Розвернулись і поїхали Просто гидко було знаходитись ,готель нагадує старий бордель

Отдыхал с семьей в отеле Long Beach Resort & Spa недавно. Отель находится на берегу океана👌Територия большая, зеленая и ухоженая. Ремонт в номерах немного уставший, чистота ванной и туалета оставляет желать лучшего.. Постель была более менее, но мы брали свою и спали на ней во время всего отдыха и попросили постель нам не менять. Что хочу отметить - мебель хорошая качественная. Убирали в номере неплохо, можно сказать даже качественно. Но по запросу. Если попросишь - уберут. В номере был фен - сушил нормально, телик, мини бар, вода обычная 5 литров и сейф. В номерах инет ловил так себе, лучше всего работал возле бассейна и на пляже. На пляже мелкий и чистый песок, приятно ходить босиком. И сам пляж большой! Но море мелкое. Есть два бассейна, где всем хватает места чтобы поплавать. Вода в них чистая. Видел как каждое утро его чистят и в течение дня пару раз когда мало людей. Питание в отеле супер, очень большой выбор блюд и все вкусное! Класно что меню спустя пару дней меняется и не приедаеться👍По вечерам были какие то шоу, мы на них особо не ходили только со стороны наблюдали что дети были в восторге. И родители, что их дети заняты😂В отеле нам помогли купить тур с экскурсиями, советую - стоит своих денег. Вобщем отель Лонг Бич Резорт&Спа неплохой как за такую нормальную цену.

Читала самые лучшие отзывы про этот отель, но самое главное узнала уже когда приехала лично))) Ничего не предвещало беды, как говорится! 😁 Так вот уважаемые будущие гости отеля “Аль Маха Десерт Резорт Дубаи” - вы должна наперед знать честное мнение клиентов про этот отель, а особенно, то, что в некоторое время года здесь по вечерам куча мошек! И мы застали именно их! Это был, естественно, не самый приятный и радушный сюрприз в Al Maha a Luxury Collection Desert Resort в Дубаи, но уже как есть)) Слава Богу, что мы взяли с собой средства от москитов и прочей ереси, которая могла нас покусать)) А так конечно - отель хороший 🥰 Необычное, почти что сказочное место! Удовольствие недешевое, но однозначно стоит своих денег и эмоций, которые мы получили во время отдыха) Еще бы какие-то сетки им поставить - цены бы не было!!! Готовят тут вкусно и завтраки вполне оказались разнообразные)) Не сильно понравилось, что воду в бассейне не греют, но это мелочи)) А номера - прекрасны. Очень необычно, хоть и немного дико смотрится)
