Sobha Harbor II, so to speak, is not for everyone. I would even say that the price does not correspond to the quality here. They charged a decent price for their apartments, but in the end, the walls are like paper, you can hear every rustle. And the windows seem to be of the same series - everything is out in the open, and the noise is no less than if you were standing in the courtyard.
And yes, there is a lot of space, you can't go around - everything is there: stores, cafes, even a gym. But what's the use if you don't enjoy living in these apartments? To walk around this infrastructure - one pleasure, but to return to the apartment, where the finish leaves much to be desired - a dubious pleasure.
But I will not only scold. After all, when you go out on the balcony and see the view of the harbor, the heart stops - beautiful, there is nothing to say. And there is a lot of greenery around, it pleases the eye. Plus, they promise that they will be finalizing the project, improving it, so maybe, in time, the walls will be tightened and noise insulation will be improved.
In general, Sobha Harbor II is like a restaurant with an exquisite menu, but where the food is served on paper plates. There's potential, you can see they've tried, but so far I wouldn't say it's the best investment. But who knows, maybe it will get better over the years, because SOBHA is a solid name, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for them 👊.
