Good afternoon. My name is Oleksandra Storcheus. I want to leave a review about your hotel in Kemer. we checked into the hotel with my husband on 29/07/2024 We had a very unpleasant incident: on July 30, 2024, my husband’s bag, phone and documents were stolen in a cafe on the beach on the hotel premises from 03:12 to 03:30. When they were looking for her, there was a conflict with the hotel security, as a result of which 6 security guards beat my husband. In the hotel lobby, security tried to force my husband out of the hotel. The hotel reception staff did not react in any way and refused to call an ambulance or the police. My husband is covered in bruises and abrasions. I have kept confirming photos and videos of this situation. You can see this for yourself on your hotel cameras. They beat not only my husband, but also the man who filmed all this on his phone; his phone was taken away. The administration did not respond to all my attempts and requests to respond to the situation and help. The hotel manager said my husband should apologize for knocking over two sun loungers on the beach. My husband was angry and upset that his things were stolen, and the security, instead of calming him down and helping him, started pushing him and talking rudely to him, which provoked a fight. This behavior from hotel security is unacceptable. The next evening we went to this cafe on the beach on the hotel grounds at the same time. And we saw what was happening there was simply a nightmare. Local men arrive, enter the cafe, and greet the security guards. They watch the vacationers on the sidelines, looking for those who have drunk a lot. These are thieves. The security saw and knows who is stealing and what is happening there, but does not react in any way and even cooperates with the thieves. I filmed all this on video and photos. I intend to contact the relevant authorities, leave reviews everywhere and write to journalists. I will try to make this situation known. Our holiday was completely ruined. We are very disappointed with your hotel.
