When there are questions or problems, you want to solve them quickly. But here you had to wait for an answer for quite a long time, sometimes with no response at all. Especially it concerns questions on financial operations. The answers sometimes came in templates, not quite on the topic. But I must say that when the site works normally, it is quite convenient to bet. A lot of different events, a wide line, good odds. So if they improve the technical stability of the site and support service, it would be great.
