Ожидала большего от отдыха в этом отеле. 🙈 Специально читала отзывы и узнавала мнение клиентов про “Рок Форт Отель и Спа Унаватуна” перед поездкой, понимая, что они расходятся во многом, но все равно надеялась, что мне здесь понравится) В принципе, так оно и было, но сам город оказался вообще не интересным) в Галле было намного интереснее и даже вкуснее! А тут - просто сидишь в номере и некуда даже выйти) А если и выйти, то цены тут - очень-очень высокие, как по мне) Поэтому, большую часть отдыха на Шри я провела именно в номере. Что могу сказать: в “Рок Форт Отель Спа Унаватуна” в принципе довольно неплохо. Удобно, когда можно сделать себе чай-кофе прямо в отеле и не нужно никуда идти) Еду мы тоже, кстати, заказывали в номер, но иногда за это время она остывала, поэтому мы взяли привычку ходить прямо в ресторан) Мне понравилось как оборудован бассейн и территория Rock Fort Hotel & SPA Unawatuna в целом. Действительно райское наслаждение 🥰 Персонал приветливый, но иногда заметно, что ждет чаевых) Это, по сути, нормально для большинства. Мы денег не жалели, признаемся)

Не смотря на все положительные моменты, второй раз сюда не поедем. В бирьер лес ньигес есть хорошие стороны, и слабые, к сожалению. В принципе, как и в любом нормальном отеле. Но мы собираясь сюда с детьми, планировали, что все отели в этом районе должны предоставлять максимально высокие услуги.. Наше мнение клиентов немного расходится с мнениями, которые мы видели у других, когда читали отзывы. Меню показалось нам слабоватым. Сервис - тоже. Было один раз такое, что про нас забыли случайно и потом вспомнили только через 10 минут. Мы понимаем, что отель бирьер лес ньигес большой, но все же восприняли это не очень положительно.. Но в целом, тут красивые виды из окна и номера уютные. Очень мягкие подушки и приятно постельное белье - я на это всегда обращаю внимание, когда приезжаю в такие места. Может быть, именно поэтому нам с одной стороны и понравилось в Hotel Barriere Les Neiges, а с другой пока еще не уверены - вернемся ли обратно снова.

Кучу нервов потратили в этом отеле 🙄 Отдыхали семьей: с мужем и дочкой. Отель выбирали долго, но почитав хорошие отзывы про Шангри-Ла Карият Аль Бери в Абу-Даби, решились практически сразу) Нам не повезло просто с туроператором, который перепутал даты нашего пребывания здесь 😑 Это было жестоко) Приехали в отель в полном разочаровании, когда узнали, что заселение не сегодня, а внимание - завтра в 12:00!! Конечно, потом туроператору мы устроили скандал, потому что на мнение клиентов они просто наплевали( Но спасибо администрации Шангри-Ла Карият Аль Бери - вошли в положение и дали нам один свободный номер на ночь за дополнительную оплату. Так мы не остались на улице в Абу-Даби, хотя могли 😁 Так что приезд в отель заставил нас знатно потрепать себе нервы, но все обошлось хорошо) Нам понравилась в Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi еда и номера. Территория здесь оказалась слишком огромной, но было где прогуляться) Второй раз вряд ли поедем, но советовать для краткосрочного отдыха в Абу-Даби вполне могу. Место нормальное)
