16.07.2022 з мого рахунку в Monobank без мого відома , було списано кошти . Завдяки своєчасному повідомленню банку , частину коштів було поверненно на мій рахунок . Але досих пір банк відмовляється спростувати чи надати інформація про списання послуг Glovo Prime Barcelona (707,01+743,68+749,73 грн. ) , які нібито з слів працівників Банку було мною підтверджено . Жодної інформації з стосовно номеру пристрою з якого було здійснено підтвердженя банк не надає. Не зрозумілим також є факт того що при переписці з службою підтримки банку мене було запевненно що списані суми в тому числі Glovo, яке неодноразова блокувалось банком ,будуть повернені до 01.08.2022 Але насьогоднішній день банк погоджується лише на Часткову відповідальність за втрату коштів на рахунку а щодо решта радять звертатись до правоохоронних органів.
