I topped up my account from my brokerage through SEPA. After 3 days, they only said that they couldn’t credit the money from the brokerage. Then at night (specifically around an hour), they seemed to try to clarify the details for the refund and said they were closing the request. I barely woke up and replied. After that, they said it would take 3-5 days. On the 5th day, they said 7 days. On the 7th day, they said they were still waiting for a response! Meanwhile, almost 1000 euros is stuck! What a nightmare!!!

It's terrible. They haven't credited my account or refunded my money for 7 business days. On top of that, their system doesn't allow me to take screenshots of our conversation!
