Это был самый гадкий день с Новой почтой.
Харьков ,отделениеи28,,,оператор настаивал на вскрытии хорошо упаковочный посылки ,нагло и хамовито говоря ,что она холодная!!!На мои объяснения в том ,что там нет ничего холодного и замороженного ,я только печенье и лекарства для военного, не реагировал.Утверждая ,что ему все равно .Пришлось тащить посылку в другое отделение.Не ожидала ,что так можно общаться с клиентами
