Посылки не отдают
На момент начала войны, моя посылка зависла в отделении Justin Сумы, сейчас конец июля, те прошло уже пять месяцев, и я не могу добиться получения своей посылки. Звонки, письма- все бесполезно. "Мы ничего не знаем, ждите", "перезвоните через неделю" и т.д. Вижу другие отзывы и понимаю, что никто ничего отдавать не собирается. Что это за отношение к клиентам?
