Создаётся негативное впечатление о Trustee pluss

Не возможно связаться с поддержкой.  Как такое вообще возможно?  Апелляцию подать тоже не могу. Деньги зависли с кем общаться вообще не понятно. Р2Р_ua тоже не отвечает . Вообще кто отвечает за этот бардак тоже не понятно. До этого все шло отлично  хотя я не очень часто пользовался услугами.
