I don't recommend this lousy bank to anyone; problems started right from the registration stage. I paid €10 to create a Euro card, but unfortunately, nothing happened. After a week, the money was finally refunded and I was finally able to open it. So, I needed to receive a transfer from relatives abroad; they sent the money via SEPA from their European card. Again, I had to wait several weeks, and the transfer still hadn't shown up. I had to contact customer support, and after sending them the receipt, I was told that payments can only be accepted from accounts that belong to you. I thought it was a strange bank and asked for a refund. Customer support refused to process the refund, and I won't get my money back. I recommend looking for something better and not opening accounts here; sooner or later, you will be cheated.
