Ужасное отношение к вещам.
Мы прилетели с пересадкой с Алматы до Стамбула и Кипр ,при пересадке чемодан треснула видимо кидали и дал огромную трещину, теперь выкидывать чемодан и написать претензию в авиакомпанию Пегасус за причинённый ущерб. Куда надо писать письмо ,подскажите пожалуйста.
